I assume there were two main aims Volvo Cars had with these: 1) show how easy EV charging is, and 2) show that you can charge with a normal plug in a normal outlet. Do not let the positive cable touch any metal surface in the engine bay. If you're disconnecting the battery for a replacement, you may now pull the old battery out and insert a new one. When you're finished, reconnect the cables in the reverse order you followed to disconnect them: positive (red) first, negative (black) last. Household connector. Typical times to charge from 0-100% on 240V 16A. Charging times will vary and are dependent on factors such as outdoor temperature, current battery temperature New sockets can be a bit stiff! 2. Delay timer in the car - Charging may not occur if a schedule has been set in the customers car. Ask the customer to check that they have not set a delay time in the car. 3. Smart charging has been activated - The customer may have activated smart charging in the app and so charging is not scheduled till later. This is very similar to what happened to me a few days ago. 100+ miles away from home, the 12V Battery message came on. My car was in service only 5 months ago. On my way home from service pick up, the Start/Stop service light came on. It has not worked since; it did work prior to service.
USB port not working. Hi, everyone, I recently bought a 2010 XC60. Inside the center console are ports for an MP3 player and a USB flash drive. The MP3 player works fine, but when I insert a flash drive into the USB port, I get a message of "unreadable." I have tried different flash drives, all formatted according to the information in the XC60
